--- I like end rhyme style the best... but it just proves how simple-minded and pathetic I can be...
What could've been what a depressing thought.
Knowing that all of my efforts were for naught.
Sometimes I dream that it was sunny and bright,
And then I'm consumed by the ubiquitous night.
On occasion though, euphoria kicks in,
And then the sadness returns yet again.
A time for us I once thought there could be...
Now I know that you could never love me.
What's past is past; what's done is done.
I truly believed we could've been one.
That could've been me standing there by your side,
But now, I think, that dream of mine has died.

The Kranz Dictum
I just read this and found it to be... very motivational. Sort of... makes me want to be the best I can be.
Background: Just after the Apollo 1 accident, flight directer Gene Kranz delivered the following 'pep talk'.
"Spaceflight will never tolerate carelessness, incapacity, and neglect. Somewhere, somehow, we screwed up. It could have been in design, build, or test. Whatever it was, we should have caught it. We were too gung ho about the schedule and we locked out all of the problems we saw each day in our work. Every element of the program was in trouble and so were we. The simulators were not working, Mission Control was behind in virtua
Forgive Me
I've have been, perhaps, the busiest I have been in the longest time. And IT FEELS GREAT! I promise that DA is not being ignored, I just haven't had very much time for art lately. I've been working on a few things every now and then, and when... IF I get those finished I promise to flaunt them. Anyway, until next time!

The Man Who Loved the Moon
Because I accidentally deleted the other one...
There once was a man who loved the Moon.
He thought on her from noon to noon.
The Moon loved him too, but also another;
The Moon loved the Sun before any other.
The Sun made the Moon shine her absolute brightest,
And also made her burdens seem lightest.
For the Moon believed that she could only be vile;
Stealing light and not being worthwhile.
The Sun knew her though, and understood her fears;
He had consoled her through 'love' for many years.
The man only ever added to her pain;
He knew he could never give her emotional gain.
A time passed before the man made the connection;
She
